VERSA SHELL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Remove shell from packaging and disassemble shell, saving all screws, noting screw size and location, nuts and plastic bag of small parts. The two small cylindrical spacers and two screws in the plastic bag are not necessary for use with the Versa Shell.
Remove lid-retaining latch from shell half. Halo B, Reloader B and Magna Loader. 1. Insert catch cup into the cup adapter so that the feed neck is even with or slightly extending past the adapter feed neck. * TIP- You may have to remove one or two layers of tape covering the eyes on the Halo version to allow proper seating of the unit in the cup adapter. 2. Slide the PC board into the slot of left half shell at the rear. 3. Slide cup adapter assembly into the left half shell so that the catch cup slides under the lower shelf. 4. Slide the right half shell into place taking care that the PC board aligns with the slot and the wiring doesn’t become unplugged, making sure that the battery leads are routed through the provided slot and do not get pinched. The catch cup must fit under the right shell half shelf. 5. Make sure that the battery cover screw retention nut is in place and replace the housing screws. * TIP- Attach batteries and test loader functions before installing final screws. 6. Insert the lid-retaining latch into the slot at the rear of the filler opening. It will snap/lock into place. 7. Snap the top lid assembly and/or the Tournament Adapter into place starting with the front lip first then snapping the rear into place. 8. Attach the battery cover with the shortest of the four screws.
